I surrendered to the truth, I wasn't getting the most bang for my nutritional buck. My appetite isn't big, but I am. So, I HAD to find a healthier way, a new lifestyle. Nutribullet did that for me. It gave me the kick start I needed to begin making the changes I had to. Today, I'm well on my way as a result of this product, and I love it. I'm considering purchasing a second one, for back up. I've had my nutribullet for about 5 months now. The nutriblast makes the perfect breakfast-easy, fast & very satisfying. A full nutriblast will keep me going till lunch time. I've lost 8lbs. so far without changing anything else in my diet and without dieting. I know the weight loss would be more if I had a nutriblast daily-but I am not consistent....yet. I'm working on it. It's a great blender, very fast. So far no trouble with the nutribullet or any of the other parts that came with it.
