Replacing rubber Gaskets

We've been putting the blades and accessories in the dishwasher, which I guess we shouldn't be doing. As a result, the rubber gaskets seals for the blades and tops have been coming off and then breaking. I wanted to buy replacement gaskets, but you can't just buy the gaskets. However, the Customer Service Rep is sending me two new blades with gaskets for the cost of shipping only. This is an excellent work around by the rep and I appreciate it. The company, however, should make the gaskets available on their own.

bad design, bad quality stainless steal

I have had this for 9 months, stainless steal part underneath the blade now produces horrible rust color liquid when wet, plastic bits protruding from the cups have snapped, so cups are no use at all now. Don't buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this NutriBullet as a Christmas gift from my husband. It replaced a old Magic Bullet system. I now have a new hobby...making blasts! I have one every morning and usually another at night or after a workout. It has become a major part of my day/life, just within the past month. The mobile application is helpful and the member discounts online are a big plus. Thanks for everything...I'm excited to see how I will feel after a few months of extracting.

Got it in October and I could not be happier, I have a shake every morning, I use 1 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup mix berry's and a tablespoon of their power food and it makes for a fast breakfast that has all you need for the nutrients your body needs, I have also lost 20 pounds without trying.
