Owned over 6 months. Used by family members at least every other day. Support was most helpful when the 3 spring loaded tabs got stuck. Solved with hot squeezed out sponge to remove any juiced residue from accidental juicing spills. Very pleased with product.

I love this powerful machine, it does the work 3 times faster and its more efficient than the smaller model. However, the smaller version is now in use by my daughter for her baby food. The Pro is not as susceptible to leakage and has a "man size Capacity." I love it.

I love my NutriBullet but lately it has started leaking from the blade cap. The rubber gasket does not stay in place. I make sure it is put on correctly and tight. Seems like it does not work as well as it did when I first got it. I've only had it less than a year.

Bought in February 2014 and absolutely love the drinks we make. My favorite is a container of lite yogurt, a yogurt cup and a half of water, whole banana, and mixed frozen fruit and berries, two Sweet'n'low packets. Great snack or meal.
