Very poor customer service

If a bottle breaks, you practically CAN'T get a replacement. If you write to customer service, they ignore your request. If you call in, you can't get through and remain on hold until you give up. They like to sell new units, but they don't care whether you can get replacement parts. Beware!

I bought the pro nutri bullet a few weeks ago for making smoothies. The first time, and everytime I make a smoothie, within seconds of blending, my smoothie is leaking out of the cover. Then, after a couple of weeks after purchasing it, it locked up on me. I find it's very poor quality.

I bought my Nutribullet 2 years ago, and have been very happen with it, until one morning it failed to work. I called the company, the customer service representative went through a few problem solving techniques with me over the phone and when that failed to get the machine going, she simply said that they would replace my unit, all I was required to do was to pay for shipping. I should have my new machine in a few days and I couldn't be more pleased! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their product, and has amazing customer service!

I'm a huge Nutribullet fan. Got the original as a gift for my birthday, and it was amazing. However, after a couple years my wife and I wanted to upgrade to the Nutribullet 900 Pro. Unfortunately we've been disappointed with the product. Mostly because the extractor lids do not seem to stay on as tight as the original. Not sure what changed, but with this version it seems that 1/3 times the extractor lid comes loose or detached when blending, and a mess ensues. The smoothie contents leek all over the inside of the blender, which is not easy to clean. We've tried all the different lids and tried tightening them as best we can, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Hope Nutribullet can make some improvements to this. In the mean time, I would go with the original version.

Bought my mom the pro in August against the advice from a friend who claimed it was not worth the money. Initially we were happy and excited about our purchase until the 32 ounce cup broke one of its little tabs that initiates the motor. Customer service was of no help when trying to get a replacement and ended up having to purchase new 32 ounce cups. Then the mechanism that turns the blades which is cheaply made of plastic broke also. So now we have our new cups and can not use them not to mention all the fruits and vegetables that ended up going bad totally proved that i should have went for a different brand @ a more expensive price. We know better now and will invest in a more reputable brand to go keep up with our juicing lifestyle. My mother in law wanted me to purchase one for her for Christmas but i will be getting her something worth the money not a cheap machine as the nutri bullet turned out to be.
