Our NutriBullet 900 died--we have become dependent on in for morning protein smoothies. It was over a year old. The customer service took our information and did not say, "no", but rather gave us options that lead us toward getting another machine.

Easy to assemble and use

I purchased my nutribullet on 1/30/16 and have been unable to register my product with the serial number provided on the form and on the bottom of the unit. the registration site will not take the number, saying it is "incorrect."

Help with machine

After using my NutriBullet for 30 days, I noticed a problem with the motor. It would not stop after I would remove the container. When I called customer service, the very friendly representative explained to me how occasional spills can make the activation levers along the rim stick. She explained how to clean it, and now the machine is as good as new. I really appreciated the clear instructions and great demeanor of the service rep.

Had an issue with the NutriBullet Pro that I received as a 2015 Christmas present and the extended warranty I purchased on it. The Service Rep was very helpful in resolving the issue, which made me extremely happy especially considering the Customer Service Departments in many companies today is lacking. Love my NutriBullet, use it daily!

Great product

Have had the 600 watt model for about two years with little trouble. Just got the 900 watt pro model as a backup. These are nice machines & helps us keep healthy. Would not be as healthy without it. Everybody should be using them. I do my own kale & spinach garden & freeze it for winter smoothies. Great machine & got great service from your man Blake.

I use the Nutribullet several times a day. Usually, it's used for smoothies but on occasion I use it to mix thicker things like batter or peanut butter. After about one year of constant use, the rubber gasket that seals the cup to the blade housing came off. The company suggests not using it in this condition, so I call right up. They are replacing the blades pro-Bono but they did get me to buy the extended warranty. Being that I had a broken cup for the machine and I use it so frequently it made sense for us to get it.
