Bought my NutriBullet in May 2014 had to replace one month later. New one worked up until last month. Differently not worth the money.

I ordered the Nutra Bullet off the TV last year, made several smoothies and decided I liked my Blend Tech Blender better. So I put it away until three months ago when I started drinking bullet coffee. I blend two cups of coffee every morning with coconut oil and whipping cream. (Nothing strenuous on the motor) it is the perfect size for my coffee, my blender is too big. Last week the Nutra Bullet started leaking out the bottom. I ordered new blades, which came very quickly but it has no gasket. I tried to use the one from the old blades but of course it doesn't fit! They are not interchangeable. I am very disappointed that it didn't come with a gasket and there is no place on the official website to order just the gaskets, so this product is unusable which is really too bad because it is perfect for my present needs. I have read many reviews about how the product does not last. I wish I would have read them before the infomercial sold me on it.

Excellent customer service and warranty

I love using my NutriBullet to make healthy smoothies. Unfortunately, my unit malfunctioned. Customer service was very helpful and fully replaced my unit under the warranty terms. The customer service representative was very helpful and thorough.
