Broke too soon.

I'm not sure which model it was I bought about 2 years ago. It cost about $100.00. I believe it was a gray base. I used it for a couple months and it stopped working. I never got around to calling service dept. or sending the blender in for repair which is a mistake instead I put it aside and ultimately purchased a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 3 months ago. Unable to fix container with the power unit due to non functioning of one of the knobs.

blade head too big

I received as a gift and was looking forward to using it. I'm unable to screw the blade head. I can't return because I've used it,so money was thrown away.Should have bought the blender like machine

My Nutribullet Pro broke after two years and the warranty had expired. During the time, I made hundreds of smoothies that helped me lose weight, decrease my blood pressure and get healthier. The customer service rep worked with me to replace my unit at an extremely fair price, which included a regular blade, a grinder blade AND a 4-year warranty. I am one happy and loyal customer.

I bought a NutriBullet in March on 2015. It only lasted 3 or so months before it quit working. I then purchased the NutriBulletRX. Silly me. The base leaks every time I use it and it is getting progressively louder. This last week things are no longer blending. I make a smoothie everyday....I am super disappointed and out a lot of $$.

NutriBullet Pro Stopped Working 2 wks

Christmas gift December 2015, worked great for the first couple of weeks then stopped working. Don't know what to do about this and options for Customer Service email requires information I don't have because it was a gift. Don't want to tell my children they bought a defective gift I will put in a box and place on the shelve for a few years wasting space in my cabinet.
