It leaks!

I have a nutritional protein smoothie every day. I was excited to use my nutri bullet so I could use spinach, kale, chia and flaxseed. It did a good job of pureeing but it “unscrews” as it runs leading to leaking all over the place. Also, the perimeter of the blade assembly is so large that for small or older hands, it is very difficult to tighten securely. I use a rubber grabber to tighten it to the cup and it still leaks. It shoukd come with a tool. I am returning it. Just not worth the trouble and hassle.

Stay well clear from this product as the base isn't strong enough and they don't supply the tools to get it cleaned. And also they don't handle complaints seriously.

The seals are different and now it comes out and wraps around the blades or just comes out and the bullet starts smelling like it's burning. Every time i check to make sure it is in correctly, but it still happens. once off the seal is hard to get back on. the bullet non pro didn't do this and I had it for years. Thinking about returning this

A blender not for lifetime

I bought nutribullet almost 5 years ago at very expensive price $250. It worked really well for 3 years indeed. But now the black kind of liquid has started coming out of rotor, it also gets into the smoothies I make. When I wash the cap, the black liquid start to come out and can’t get rid of it, no matter how many times you wash it. The cap doesn’t close properly anymore and spills the contents out. Using my mums 10 year old blender which still works well.

Don’t Buy Nutribullet

Will NEVER again buy any Nutribullet product. This product works well for a time and then starts to malfunction in many ways. I have bought Nutribullet three times thinking “this time is going to be better” but I always get the same problems... hard to open, gets stuck, starts dripping because lid doesn’t seal properly.
I do not recommend this product to anyone!

Great Power with a Defective Design

I've owned this product for about 6 months now. it worked great for the first 3-4 months and then started leaking. Motor is very powerful.
After much investigation, I found that the design is very defective.
Defects:
1. When you lock the jar on the base, the motor runs immediately. It also means that the motor runs even when the jar is still locking into the base. This results in the wear out of the locks of the jar.
2. Also, The motor runs clockwise and the jar also opens clockwise ... When you lock the jar, the motor runs immediately and it also loosens the jar base due to high power.
Solutions:
1. If the company is reading the reviews, they need to change the design in a way that the motor should start 2 seconds after the jar is locked.
2. Also they could change the direction the jar locks thus preventing it from opening when the motor starts.
