Difficult to unscrew

Without a handle, it's difficult to get the cup/blended section from the base. With arthritis, it's doubly difficult.
What's more the silver portion at the top of the device came off, and I can't get it back on. So it's sitting there.
Further, after several uses, there was a distinct odor emanating from the unit after the second or third use. I sent the warranty in, but when I read it, there was a second portion of the warranty requiring me to return a written acknowledgement of having filled out the warranty card...I didn't realize it was a TWO-PART WARRANTY; I thought I was covered after completing the warranty online. WRONG!

I have had this for a little less than a month and it has been fantastic. There have only been a few days since I got it that i haven't made a smoothie in the morning. It is so much better than a blender because there is essentially no clean up for me in the morning other than the blade. It makes it super quick and easy to whip up a smoothie before work. It has really helped me to start my day off on the right foot with lots of healthy fruits, proteins, and greens. One of my flip top lids was chipped when I purchased the NutriBullet Pro and the customer services team was fantastic about sending me a replacement lid without any cost or hassle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I first purchased the NutriBullet 600 but returned it because it fell apart. I exchanged it for another one which also fell apart. I then purchased the NutriBullet PRO which also fell apart. I think the little plastic piece you push down on to make the motor turn is flawed. All three machines did the same thing after about 3-6 months usage. I'm now the proud owner of a personal Ninja and so far couldn't be happier.

Very difficult to push and twist. First one stopped working. And now my second one has same problem. Choose a different brand. Not worth it.

Great Product

Decided to start a plant based diet with juicing. This was my first attempt at any type of diet the NutriBullet Pro has worked out great for me. I make three juices a day with a varity of fruits and veggies and in one month I have dropped weight, lowered blood pressure and saved money by not eating out. Highly Recommend for people starting to make their own juice!

Needs improvements

Bought this for my daughter who has several health needs. She loves a great smoothie but not all the wait time to get the kid sealed and then the clean up because it didn’t seal and instead made a mess...EVERY TIME WE’vE USED IT!! My opinion it’s made for large hands that can cover the top and grip the bottom enough to tighten the lid then again to take it off. Pain in my you know what!! My hand is on fire now from the struggle to tighten and remove the lid. Too expensive for all the trouble!
