Its a powerful blender, however I do find that it doesnt always completely blend ice and or dense frozen fruit fully.

I am a little disappointed in this product. I have had it about 3 weeks and the gasket in the blade section of the unit keeps coming apart. As a result, I have experience splattering of my liquid on the walls, cabinets, countertops etc. I try to push is back into place but it just doesn't stay for more that 1 or 2 uses.

I’ve owned a previous model for about five years and loved it. This one has not worked easily since received and I probably should have returned it right away. This one is very tricky to start and I never experienced that with the original. We are using it almost daily but a bit frustrating!
