Not a great product

It seems not to be working properly. The drink was not too hot. The first time I had a very small quantity of hot liquid and the second time the coffee was poured on the Glass

Our Vertuo line brewing systems operate at the correct water temperature, quantity and pressure for each blend design, so they deliver our quality promise in cup without burning the coffee grounds. Although the temperature of our machines cannot be increased manually, here are some tips to get a hotter coffee: — For Bluetooth-enabled models, connect the device to your Wi-Fi to get the latest software update. — Use a cup of the size of your preparation. Using a larger cup will cool the mixture faster. — Clean the extraction chamber frequently (once a week). The cleaning will take approximately 5 minutes and you will find the instructions in your user manual. Nice compact size, like that the water reservoir is slightly to side, easier to fill. Great shipping - delivered one day after ordering!

Very disappointed with the quality of the product.

Very disappointed with the quality of the product. I already have two other Primium cofffee machines from Nespresso, both are great and made in Switzerland, not Hungary. The packaging was open, and the machine wouldn't start rinsing. It took me 40 minutes to finally get it to rinse very poorly. The coffee also flowed poorly and there was no foam. I tried several times, and it didn't improve.Sorry it's not something I'd want to continue using.
