[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee machine as a Birthday gift to myself and loving it. It is small, efficient and absolutely love the color. I placed it in office because I like to enjoy good cup of coffee on a rough day and yes co-workers love it too !!!

I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo Pop in September, 2025. After about three months of use, the coffee began tasting bitter and weaker than expected despite using the same pods and filtered water. I followed the recommended cleaning and descaling steps, but the taste did not improve. I hope this can be addressed, as I previously had a very good experience with other Nespresso machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vertuo Pop+ is a hit!

We really enjoyed all the different coffees. I was fortunate to receive a Vertuo Pop+. I'm so happy with it. Our friends exchange with us different coffees.

Did not last 8 months. Used in our RV while traveling. Worked okay before it started flashing red. I went back to a regular coffee maker.

If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacements options to provide you via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We recommend calling our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to troubleshoot with a machine expert. You may also troubleshoot via live chat on our website when you select “Machine Assistance” from the chat category.
