Great All Around Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been amazing so far. I’ve been testing out flavors and getting used it it. It’s a bit buggy ( residual water where pods sit) but other than that it’s pretty easy to use

Failed Vertuo Pop+

I was gifted the Vertuo Pop+ cream/yellow top as a housewarming gift. It came with a sample pack of different sized coffees. We only made it through about 6 of the samples when the machine stopped making coffees. It would make all the regular sounds a machine would make but it dribbled out some water and then when we opened it found out it foamed up around the capsule holder/cage. Looked up tips as to how to fix the problem it worked 1 or 2 times and then went back to foaming up around the same area. Tried one more time to fix the problem but it kept having the same problem. I didn't want any more hassles of trying to fix it, so it got sent back. Now I'm trying to figure out which Vertuo machine to replace the Vertuo Pop+. The coffee we were able to make were great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with our new Vertuo Pop+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original Vertuo was starting to conk out (but it lasted us a solid 7 years and 3 moves!), so we decided to get the sleeker Vertuo Pop+. It looks great. Fairly quiet. But the downside of the sleekness is limited space for the disposal bin for the pods. The disposal bin also gets a tiny bit of liquid in there from the pods. Slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. Works great.
