Needs to be hotter

Love this machine. But it's not really brewing coffee as hot as it should. Is there anything I can do to adjust?

Thank you for your review, Paul. We recommend descaling your machine with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first, to remove internal mineral deposit that can build up, which can affect the flow, temperature and overall performance of your machine. A weekly cleaning will keep the brew unit clear of grinds and coffee residue. If you're still experiencing issues after descaling, please call us to speak with a machine expert. My last nespresso machine, the virtuo, just died after 7 years. I opted for this one because if the price difference. It does the job but, IT IS SO LOUD. it sounds like a plain is taking off and I don't understand how something so small can make so much noise. I'm sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Office Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Pop for my desk at work. The smaller height and quality are perfect for this usage. I like that the water reservoir is big enough for brewing multiple capsules before needing to refil. The blue color adds a nice "pop" of joy. It is a little loud but that isn't a big deal for me. I highly recommend this system if you are looking for the ability to enjoy Nespresso in a smaller space.
