Misrepresented and not worth the money

The cloud topper is not as described and is way over priced for what it is. What you receive is a basic piece of foam that you "cover" with something that looks like a light weight mattress protector. The cloud topper is not enclosed in a cover like the adapt. They have worded the description carefully, but the pictures on the website measuring the height of the 2 different toppers with covers is misleading at best. Within a month I noticed that the topper created a slope toward the edge of the bed. I am disappointed with this product for the price. This product is 3-4 times the cost of what it is actually worth. Don't bother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Cloud Topper arrived perfectly packaged and fluffed up almost immediately, with no unusual odors that I so often read about from other reviewers regarding other mattress toppers. I'm not a hot sleeper, so I'm waiting to see how this feels during the cold months. I'm normally not happy with memory foam toppers because they can be very unmalleable when they're cold, but I bought this one based on Tempur-pedic's reputation for quality.

I recently got married, and we found that our mattress would sink on my husbands side. We got the TEMPER-Cloud mattress topper and it has not only corrected that original issue, but feels amazing to crawl into bed to! It's so fluffy, but firm at the same time. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I would say we are pleased with the topper. I still had some back pain the first few mornings but I guess I just needed to adjust to it. The ordering process was a bit of an adventure as it took two weeks to ship the product after being advertised as shipping within 48 hours of ordering. It even took several phone calls and a week of waiting for a reply to even learn that the delay was due to being out of stock, something I wish had been divulged from the beginning. Then when we finally received the topper it was defective and would not expand so it was back to customer support again. I will say they were very quick to get a replacement topper delivered which we are now using.

V comfortable but some questions on quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying, high marks for comfort. With that said what arrived was different from the photo. It was a raw uncovered slab of memory foam with a queen size mattress protector, not cover fitted to the foam as pictured. Just doesn't feel as premium, especially at a premium price point. That said, I'm sleeping very well, so I can't complain. Hence the 3 stars.
