[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "topper" nothing more than a 2" slab of foam. it has no protection preventing the foam from flaking off or rubbing off, nor is there any kind of semi-impervious shield from liquid spills or urine leaks. I never used it, and Tempur-Pedic would not accept a return.

This cloud topper was the perfect addition to cushion my shoulders and hips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works fine but is to thin. I had to buy a 2 in foam/gel topper then put this one on top of it. It is warm which is nice when your room is cold but will suck if you don't use Air Cond or have a warm room. I wish I would have bought the 3 in version to begin with I would have returned it but they DON'T do Returns on the Toppers. I ended up spending about the same as I would have just getting the 3 in version.

Had an issue with a topper. Something happened during the manufacturing process and the topper was defective. Tempur-Pedic made it right after going through their warranty verification process. We also have their adjustable base and find this company to be top notch. Thank you Arthur D., you did a great job and helped me through the verification process with kindness. All is well.
