Great support for my back and shoulders!

We purchased a king size 2" thickness Tempur-Cloud Topper for our bed which was 7 years old and was saging a lot from use. The Tempur-Cloud Topper made the mattress much firmer and helped my back and shoulders greatly. I sleep much better and wake up with no aches and pains. The only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating was that the size was not as described on the website. It was 4 inches wider and 2.5 inches longer than described. Although it hangs over the sides and top a bit, with the topper cover and the original mattress cover put on, it seems to work fine.

Comfortable product

I was disappointed that the topper cover doesn't completely cover it. It only covers one side. Otherwise it makes my mattress feel softer. I was hoping to feel more supported.

No Hip Support

If you are a side sleeper and are over 200lbs I weigh 220 lbs dont buy because it feels good at first but as soon as it molds to your body in a hour or so you can reach under your hip and are basically sleeping on the mattress no change in hip pain I suggest a 4" topper for side sleepers which they do not sell. I had high hopes but it is a dissapointment

Great topper but with having to buy this product should tell you everything about what I think of my tempur-pedic bed.The bed is way to hard and we bout the softest one available.Spent way to much money on the bed I guess.

Terrible quality, defective and company refuses to refund

The product is poor quality and was defective, never inflated into desired shape. I contacted Tempur-pedic and requested refund under their warranty program. After providing all requested info and photos, Tempur-pedic acknowledged defects and that the warranty claim has been approved, but in the end they refused to issue refund. Their message was "We're unable to issue a refund for this product, as all purchases are final." Unbelievable! I wish I could include photos so you could see for yourself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
