The quality is amazing and I have been sleeping much better since I got this one from Temperpedic. Highly recommend if you are having back issues.

Way Too Soft and Uncomfortable

I had high hopes for the Tempur-pedic Cloud Topper, but it has been a huge disappointment. The topper is way too soft and offers little to no support-I just sink into it, and it's incredibly uncomfortable. After only a few nights, my back started hurting, and I wake up feeling worse than before. It's frustrating that something advertised for comfort is causing more pain! On top of that, the fact that this product is non-refundable is absolutely ridiculous. For such an expensive purchase, I expected at least some level of customer satisfaction guarantee, but instead, I'm stuck with a product I can't even use. Save your money and skip this one!

Someone told me to buy a bed topper. Of course I went to Tempurpedic! My pain is gone!! I cannot believe it. I am getting a great night sleep now!! I will always have a Tempur-Cloud on my bed.
