After 3 yrs I would not buy this product again, backs hurt

After 3 yrs of using this topper both my wife and I have pain in our back from the contour of the topper. I would wake up in excruciating pain thinking it was something else I must have done outdoors, etc. We took the topper off and immediately reversed the side effects of our backs and no pain when we wake up.
Pros: Soft Feel
Cons: Develops Cavity, Too Soft
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Queen topper is substantially smaller than Queen mattress sz

Very comfortable, but I am troubled by the fact that the topper is so much smaller than the actual mattress. Box states Queen is 60 x 80 but actual is 53 x 74. This reduces the usable size of the bed and looks very odd when the bed is made up. The King would probably be too wide.

It took over 2 weeks to get rid of the horrible smell, but, if you have the patience for that, it's well worth it. We put the topper on our guest bed, rolled it up as tight as we could several times a day, and that removed the smell, but it took awhile. We are now enjoying it on our own bed, and love it.

Cons: Horrible smell when new.

This did not work out and unfortunately TempurPedic does not accept returns. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Never again will I purchase a tempurpedic product

The product arrived with a strong noxious odor which I was told would go away after a few days. Several weeks later it was still there. I "aired it out" for a couple of more weeks but the product was still not usable. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do and this was not something they were familiar with. Interesting, because a lot people complain about this online; unfortunately I noticed that too late. A TOTAL PIECE OF USELESS JUNK! That rating should be ZERO stars but it would not accept review unless I clicked at least one.

This one is quite a bit firmer than the first one I bought several years ago. For me, personally, it would be better if it was a bit softer because I need it to cushion the bursitis I have in my hips.
