decent topper but..

It's a good quality topper, however it's pretty expensive and I am not sure it's much better than other, cheaper memory foam toppers out there. It's definitely dense, quality memory foam up to Tempur's standards, however like all memory foam it starts out great and then as your body heat softens it, it goes from "memory foam" to "just foam" and you lose your support. It's only 3 inches thick, so when this happens, you may as well be laying on whatever mattress you have under it (In our case, a Nectar, which is surprisingly hard for a memory foam product.) The combination is good for my wife, who is a side/stomach sleeper. I'm a back sleeper and find the support lacking. When my body heat softens the topper, my back will hurt if I'm in bed more than 5 hours or so. I find it a bit warm, as well.

With this topper added to my mattress, it's like having a new bed. Pleasantly surprised and so happy we decided to make this purchase. I feel more years of perfect sleep to come. We couldn't spend the money for a new mattress so this was the perfect solution for us. We love our Tempur-Pedic mattress and topper...Life is good again!

Not at all as expected. Already gave it away. Much to FIRM for me, if you like firm you will probably like this topper. Once unraveled very heavy and difficult to manage. I lost on this online purchase.

After purchasing 2 beds and the past several years, I just couldn't get comfortable and sleep through the night. My Tempur Topper has been the absolute Game Changer. I cant wait to climb into my bed now. Makes any older or Bad Choice Bed a Whole New Experience.

Comfy but hot

The topper really transformed the feel of our mattress into a luxurious experience. But it traps heat more than anything I've ever slept on. I'm afraid we may need to figure out how to remove and store it over the summer.

Hard, damaged, no returns

I never leave bad reviews, but this whole process has been a nightmare. Their customer service team has been very kind, though. The first topper came torn up and hard as a rock! I don't know how it ever left the factory... I called and was issued an exchange. It arrived quickly, which was great. Upon getting the exchange they said someone would call to pick up the damaged one. Two months later and it's sitting in my bedroom taking up all of the floor space. The new one has yet to soften up so my shoulders and hips are in pain every morning. I have to pay an additional $150 to have it picked up when the first topper is still sitting in my room! Beware THEY DO NOT HAVE FREE RETURNS! you must pay $150 and go through hoops to have one picked up. Please make sure you want a very very firm topper before purchasing.
