[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought 2 new mattresses and 2 new mattress toppers in the last year, neither of them were comfortable enough to sleep on my side. I googled "best mattress topper for side sleepers" and Good Housekeeping had a list with this product earning high remarks. I purchased it and after a few days of adjusting, I can now sleep on either side, my stomach, or my back without needing to flip over all night due to hip pain. I am glad I found a great mattress topper that finally meets my needs.

3" supposedly. But I think that's optimistic. The hope was that the topper would give my bed a taste of a tempurpedic. Only the hot part. Wake up sweating. It's coming off. Cannot recommend.

I got no cooperation from customer service, except basically calling me stupid because I couldn't get the zipper to work. I have filed an official complaint.
