well when we first put the topper on our bed we thought wow this is so comfy!! It just forms to my body and hugs me and gives me added support! We got a new mattress too and put the topper on it and yes again it even made a new mattress even better! We love it!

The topper was nothing like the mattress as it was so soft and lacking support that we could not use it. Also can't return it or get credit per the company's policy listed on their website. Very disappointed with the product, would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this atop an aging mattress/box spring combo and it made a significant improvement ... a good balance between firmness and "giveability". In the morning, it springs quickly back to its full flat shape. However, since I have the head of my bed on a 6" incline, it does tend to slide down a bit and needs to be hitched back up every few days (a minor inconvenience).
