This mattress topper was a nice solution and he loves it. It's super plush and comfortable. After comparison shopping, we trusted Temper Pedic's brand and the price was comparable. Excellent value. I would highly recommend this product.

The design of this mattress has changed for the worse

I have been an avid Tempur-Pedic customer for many years having purchased many of their products. When we recently purchased a new, larger bed there was no question of whether or not to purchase a Tempur-Pedic topper for it. Unfortunately, when the topper arrived, it was noticeably and considerably softer than the prior version we had purchased. Based on the weight and size of the two toppers side-by-side, the new version is at least 30% less dense and therefore a lot less supportive and springy. The change of terminology from "Supreme" to "Cloud" is intended to denote this change in softness but softer is not better in this case. High quality memory foam is supposed to be supportive while molding to your body and that quality only comes from the density of the foam.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once again we decided to obtain a new mattress and a new mattress topper. We came upon the Temper- Pedic and what a change. The very first night of sleeping on it, we both had the best sleep that we enjoyed in a many years! No more pains in our joints and back from moving all around. Once in bed we were as comfortable as new born baby. The honeymoon is over and our topper is just as comfortable as it was the first night of the trial. Great topper at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper is extremely comfortable and does enhance sleeping experience. The main drawback is that it does not stay in place, especially if more than one person is sleeping on the bed. Since the topper only has one set of bands at the top to hold it in place, it tends to scrunch in at the sides when there's the weight of 2 people in the center, ultimately making the bed feel smaller. This isn't necessarily a problem if you have plenty of extra room in the bed, but for two people sleeping on a queen mattress, it makes for a tighter sleep.
