I get a very comfortable sleep with this product, my only wish is that it would be a bit firmer.

I had a topper many years ago and it had very good support. So I bought this topper in September and it is too soft. I'm a Chiropractic Doctor and know quality support. This topper caused my back to hurt and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was not able to. Knowing the return policy for the mattresses, I'm not pleased that I can't return this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new topper. It's extremely comfortable and I haven't had a sore hip since I purchased it. My only complaint is that I find it very warm, and that's now in the winter. Don't know how it's going to be in the summer when the temperature is high.
