When I lived in New York city, my beloved son and daughter-in-law surprised me with a full-sized topper, but, after I moved to Cambridge, MA, to live closer to them, my new apartment came with a king-sized bed. Normally, my back pain starts only after I've been walking or standing for 10-15 minutes. But, no longer having a topper for the new bed, I noticed I was waking up in pain in the morning, a time when I expected to be rested and not suffering. Now, with my new king-sized tempurpedic topper, I wake up relaxed and without pain. Thank you, Tempurpedic! But, now, I wake up rested and without pain. Your product is definitely a back saver for me. Thank you.

i purchased the topper from tempurpedic because I thought it was a reputable company & sold high quality products was so disappointed..took it out & next day had odor which I expected but when I looked at the foam it had holes everywhere big & small called was told this is rare we will send you another one now I notice 1st toppers holes are getting bigger got it out the house something is eating foam 2nd topper comes & exactly the same thing that one got thrown out house too house stinks & I am positive theres creatures in the foam now waiting for a 3rd I have asked everyone I spoke to for the presidents name & address and they refused claim they are not allowed I know why they are selling all the factory rejects they are not cheap either & I was going to get a bed so glad I didnt I cannot believe what I have gone thru with this lousy, full of holes, smelly & disintigrating foam ..I want nothing to do with this company & for sure wont be buying any beds

Better Than Before, But...

It's as rated: Okay. My mattress is rather old & the comfort is better. But, years ago I slept on "just" a topper at a friend's home & liked it better.

I was reading some of the other 1-2-3 star reviews before my topper came in. Most of them were saying it was either too hard or too soft and that there was a strong odor. So I was naturally curious to see what was true and wasn't. I immediately opened the package and placed it on top of my mattress and immediately there was in fact a very strong odor that came from the topper, my dog was kind of annoyed of the smell and avoided the bed for a few hours. Overall the smell only lasted a few days, and either I got used to it or it went away. As far as if its too soft or too hard, Its firm when you initially sit or lay but true to the memory foam style it slowly absorbs you. I noticed around my hip/butt area it sinks a little more than some of the other pressure points. It is relatively soft though, I'm a 170 pound male for reference. Also if you're a side sleeper, I highly recommend this topper almost no pressure on my shoulder which I lay on;it used to annoy me before having the topper. Might work for stomach and/or back sleepers but I have my doubts.

This is my second tempurpedic topper. The first one was purchased 12 years ago when I bought my tempurpedic mattress. I had to get a new topper after 10 years and bought a different brand, used for 6 months and ordered the tempurpedic topper. I tell everyone if you don't want to buy a new mattress get this topper. Best sleep ever!!
