I had high hopes and expectations for this topper, but after using it for a month or so, it's been put back in the box after causing me horrible back pain which hadn't previously been an issue for me. I would definitely return or exchange it if that were an option.

We did a lot of research before choosing this topper. We have a very firm (hard) mattress and did not have comfortable sleeps. We had previously brought a mattress topper from another's company, but it did not give any support. We are absolutely thrilled with our topper and having the best sleep. This topper would be great if the topper cover did not fall apart. This was my second one. After purchasing the first one I decided to get another and shortly after the cover of my first one started coming apart. I contacted Tempur-Pedic and they told me they do not sell just the cover. I would need to buy a whole new topper to get another cover. After this experience I would rather try another manufacturer.
