Life Changing

I am not someone who has a problem sleeping. I am more of a 5 alarms and 3 snoozes later I only get up in the morning when my boyfriend is kicking me out of bed in pure frustration kindda girl. So I wrestled with buying this topper. Spending that kind of money on something i didnt NEED left me with my own internal battle. However, I am a glutton for comfort so I stalked the temper pedic website and watched 2 sales come and go before I had a "Treat yo self" moment and ended up with the Topper + Cooling. It took about 3 full days to process - ship - and arrive and I spent that entire time stalking the tracking number questioning every decision i ever made in life. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: When the topper did arrive it was not exactly what I was expecting. Texture wise I thought this would be similar to the dual cooling pillows which are heavier, thicker, and firmer. This is actually closer to the Cloud pillows. The cooling, is a cover that you put over the topper. Not bad! Just not what I had in my mind I was expecting it to be more built in. Quality was still nice but was it $300+ nice? Once the cover was done washing (safety first!) it took me about 10 minutes to figure out and stuff the topper into the cover (for any normal human being this would probably take you about 5). With the topper on it certain did start to look like it was worth the price but I was still struggling at this point on whether I made the right choice... FIRST NIGHT SLEEP: OMG! All my fears melted away. Since I never really had a problem falling asleep I did not expect a change in the quality of sleep - Boy was I wrong! I have never IN MY LIFE woken up with so much energy (okay maybe when I was 6 and it was Christmas morning...). I am up and ready to go at the first alarm. This thing is life changing I would gladly pay more for this kind of quality in my life. My bank account maybe screaming at me but WHAT ELSE DOES TEMPER PEDIC SELL??

Comfortable but hot

I am definitely waking up less stiff and sore but my husband is uncomfortable because he finds it hot and often has to change his night shirt because of sweating.

Fixed my Tuft & Needle

My partner and I purchased a Tuft & Needle 8 months ago. Although we immediately noticed that it was on the firm side, we agreed to give it time to break-in and eventually got used to it. However, the last couple of months have become absolutely agonizing for my back and joints. I would wake up multiple times throughout the night to switch from my back, to my side, to my stomach. The back and hip pain crept into my daily life. I started questioning - is it me or the mattress? Do I have arthritis? I'm 31! Is this normal? After complaining enough to my partner, she insisted that no amount of money should interfere with a good night's sleep. We did our research and I'm happy to say that the Tempur-Topper arrived in the mail today. I have been laying in bed for a few hours and it honestly feels like therapy. I have never felt so much immediate relief on my lower back - almost like I'm healing. It's wonderful to get off a long day of work and actually find comfort and relief in your bed. I have no question that I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight. Wish we did it sooner.
