Such an improvement!

I needed something to help with hip pain, and this did the trick! It's so much more comfortable than the old topper I had, and gives the necessary support. My only regret is that the price got cut after I bought it. :(

My husband has not slept through the night since we bought our current mattress over a year ago. In all honesty it has been fine for me but clearly not okay for him. I did not want to spend money for a new mattress so researched toppers. This one had the best reviews. I did not tell my husband about it but the first night on it he stayed in bed all night without hips, shoulders, etc. hurting. In the morning he asked me if I had turned the mattress around. I then told him about the topper. He loves it and now can stay in bed all night without pain. The topper works well for me too. We are 62 years old.

It was easy to open. Once I cut through the plastic wrap, it just about unfolded itself. Bought it for my bed in my camp. I have a Tempur-pedic mattress at home.

I think it is pretty over-priced for what it is. It is comfortable but I'm sure there are other mattress toppers which are of the same quality and much cheaper. I tend to sleep hot and this topper makes it much worse for me to sleep peacefully.

For the record, the customer service is absolutely amazing! The delivery, given the circumstances of covid was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately I got an unsightly mattress topper with what I can only hope was soda stains, but they did their best to try to make it up. I just wish I knew the trouble I was facing before I agreed to keep it. Didn't help that they were out of stock to replace the product. We washed the cover and put a mattress protector on it because I've been wanting to try this since they came out. So far it's been knock me out sleep amazing! Definitely don't regret ordering it, just wish it wasn't a pain to clean and cover back up. But again, the customer service definitely deserves 5+ stars! Extremely friendly, I really hope it stays that way if I have any further issues.
