[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it wasn't easy to unpack, it was totally worth it! I laid it on a flat surface and within 24 hours it was ready to be placed on the bed. I purchased the 3-inch pad and wow what a positive difference it made! It is on our king sized bed in the guest suite, and when my grandson spends the night, he won't sleep in any of the other guest rooms even though they are "sleep number" beds! My reason for purchasing this product is that when my daughter visited, she said the king bed mattress was too hard. I highly recommend this product!

Very Very Soft and Hot

I've owned several TEMPUR toppers. This one seems very soft, like a non TEMPUR topper. Feels like one you would buy at a red retailer for a lot less money. Because it is so soft, you really sink down into it. I'm 120 lbs so if I'm sinking most adults are sinking too. We are trying to buy other things to put on top of it but it's truly a disappointment.

I quit sleeping on the Adapt Cooling Topper because the lack of support. Trying to sleep on the topper, it did not feel supportive under my lower back at all; felt like my lower back and butt would sink into the mattress while my upper back, head, and lower legs felt more supported which makes it difficult to sleep being a side sleeper. It was the most uncomfortable sleeping experience.Could hardly get out of bed due to increased back pain and cramping in my legs. I do not recommend this product at all. Biggest waste of my money.

Extremely soft, lots of give, too much sinking in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper was still "flabby" and "uninflated" after 2 weeks of laying flat (the material had not filled into the cover as expecteded) so I contacted customer service. They advised for me to stretch it out from the ends and give it more time. "We do allow a two inch degree of variance with our toppers which also meets industry standard," they replied. I think it has filled out more, but it's taken 4 weeks. I've used a Tempur-Pedic mattress since 2007 and have loved both. However, this topper on the twin bed completely envelopes me and I sink in so far that getting resituated is difficult.

I have had my topper for a month and I have never slept better! The aches that I was having in my back and legs has changed so much! I convinced my sister in law to purchase one and they are loving theirs too!
