Bought this topper as a gift for my daughter. Even though she's very active and fit, she was awakening very frequently with back aches from her fairly new mattress. What I mean is that, even though the topper is soft is too flat and firm. It really hurt my hip by trying to sleep on my side. Furthermore the packing came with an excessive amount of wrap plastic. It think it should had come in a vacuum sealed bag, not just wrap like it was a piece of meat.
