Not enough support for side or stomach sleeper.

I own a firm (7-8 firmness rating out of 10) memory foam latex mattress (on top of a box spring) from another brand, but was starting to get shoulder pain. My bed is firm enough that I feel it's perfect for keeping everything in alignment, but just harsh on the shoulders. I'm primarily a stomach sleeper to side sleeper weighing about 140 lbs. This topper was way too much change for that. When I laid down on my stomach I could feel my hips sink further than the rest of my body. This causing my back to be arched more than it should to be comfortable when sleeping on my stomach. Thus causing back pain. Now when I sleep on my side my shoulders feel pretty good, but my hips sink in too low compared to the rest of my body. After owning this for a couple months now I've finally tossed it off my bed. My neck and back are both killing me today as I write this. I tried to learn to sleep on my back as that is the only way I can see using this topper, but have been unsuccessful with that. So it looks like I'll be trying to pawn this off on someone else since there are no refunds allowed for this product.

This topper turned a miserable sleep into a perfect one. From backaches and shoulder pain every morning to not wanting to leave my bed. We feel so rested every single day. Incredible purchase for the price!

I bought it and tried for couple of hours. My kid and I got itches and couldn't able to sleep more than couple of hours. when I called customer service they answered if I couldn't wait and try more, then its worth of trashing it. Please don't waste your money by purchasing this product.
