I am happy to report this topper exceeds expectations. We have a foam type mattress that is comfortable enough but I got so hot by morning. This topper makes a positive difference and stays put. And my sheets fit better too. So glad I made this purchase.

Total pressure relief and comfort

This is the first time in about 3 years that I have slept pain free throughout the night. Actually it's the first time I slept more than 3 hours in many years. I was weary about this product since it felt firmer than the memory foam products I used before, but once I laid down I got it. Super comfortable and wrapped around me. Now the only problem is that I don't want to get out of bed. There was an odor which is typical but 48 hours later it was just a very slight odor and I slept well. About 5 days later there is a teeny lingering odor, but have had that with my other toppers. I am sure it will be totally gone shortly. Best topper ever. Thank you for giving me my sleep back in a totally natural way.

Too Soft

So I was hoping this would soften up my mattress a bit as I have a medium-firm bed. The bed I have is not bad but I am a side sleeper and would prefer a little more pressure relief because I am a side sleeper, HOWEVER, this topper is just too soft, I am not sure why some people say its too hard, i am 6,3 180lbs and this topper is like just way to soft, I sink in it and it actually becomes a bit of a struggle to get out of bed because of the sinkage. I would really warn anyone who weighs more than 180 to steer clear from this as I am pretty sure you will also sink as much, if not more than I. I would guess this is better for the lighter ladies who are side sleepers. If you are a heavier male please avoid the trouble and look elsewhere especially if you have back issues, I don't have back issues but this makes my back ache after just a few minutes of me sleeping on it on my back. Also please keep in mind you cant return this and you can't really try this out beforehand. So just because you like the Tempur mattress you tried out at a store does not mean you will like this mattress topper or that this topper will magically make your bed feel like a true temper matress.
