Great hardness & soft forming

Everything is great, shipping was questionable , box was beat up and on the inside of the seran wrap was oily, so the bottom of the cover has a stain , even after trying to clean it. Would have given 5 stars but terrible packaging

Amazing!

I used to wake up every night with joint pain (shoulder & hip). I bought the Topper with Adapt & Cool wondering if it would help. Skeptical but hopeful. I am totally amazed. I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore! I don't have to take ibuprofen before I go to bed. If I want to get up on time, I have to set an alarm!!! How good is that? When I do wake up, the dog and cat are doing snoozles beside me. Looks like I'm not the only one who is happy. What a difference!

Very hard. Not sure why people like this. I need a soft topper for this topper. You sink in a little, but still. If you are light weight, this foam will not budge.

Slippery surface

I am echoing the comments made by another reviewer. The surface of the Topper is so slippery that my sheets slide around on it, and I have to readjust them every morning. I tried putting another mattress topper on top, but it was hot and defeated the benefit of having paid extra for the cooling version. Why can't you make the surface less slippery, since others have complained about this same problem.

Comfortable

Very comfortable. Feels better for my back if I don't use a pillow anymore. Now I have a pile of pillows cluttering up the floor at the foot of my bed. Note: I accidentally ordered a Queen size instead of a full size, but the packaging was so tight (shrink-wrapped into an incredibly dense ball) and heavy that I kept the Queen size topper... I just have to wrestle it back in place every so often... Apparently laying down and moving around causes it to inch away from my wall and it ends up starting to hang off my bed, like it's trying to escape.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are so glad to have purchased this topper. Since buying our winter home we were missing the cushioning of our Tempur-Pedic mattress at home which we bought almost 20 years ago when my husband broke his hip. Having this topper makes our sleeping so much better, as it cushions and relieves pressure on joints and almost feels like a hug! Love it!
