[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mattress is a few years old and starting to feel worn before its time. We purchased the tempura-topper and it greatly increased the comfort of our bed. I spilled wine on my bed and had to wash the cover. Getting it back on was quite the challenge. I recommend covering the cover with something waterproof or easier to wash.

Was looking to relieve some pressure when side sleeping but even when listed as medium firmness this was so soft it caused back spasms after the second night. Wish it had return policy it was awfully pricey.
