I have the cooling cover and it just collects heat. This topper is way too warm, making it unbearable to sleep. And of course, you cannot return or exchange it because they consider it personalized. This mattress topper is awful! I tried for a couple days and had the worst back pain. It is insane they do not even take refunds and it is not clear just how soft this. Your entire body sinks in and we gave it ample time to adjust to the topper, but I removed it yesterday and woke up this morning without body aches or feeling like I was sucked into the topper. Do not buy this if you need good back support. Stuck with this since no returns

Comfortable product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mattress is a few years old and starting to feel worn before its time. We purchased the tempura-topper and it greatly increased the comfort of our bed. I spilled wine on my bed and had to wash the cover. Getting it back on was quite the challenge. I recommend covering the cover with something waterproof or easier to wash.

This topper has helped my back pain quite a bit but it is not quite as soft as I was hoping, I really would like to sink in a little more. It has definitely helped with my back pain though and I am over all happy with my purchase

First I have to say that I've had back pain for many years. I purchased a sleep number bed and it's ok but I needed extra cushion & support. So I decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try with this king size mattress topper that I purchased. Boy what a transformation this made to my Sleep Number bed. I actually sleep longer without tossing and turning and because I'm so comfortable it's hard to wake up in the morning LOL. This mattress topper is amazing and has made me pain-free it takes all the pressure points off and I absolutely love it! So don't hesitate give this mattress topper a try!
