My kids bought a new king bed but it was to firm, so I bought the topper to see if it would help. Well it certainly did, saved there new bed they are so happy and they both Said they sleep threw the night thanks to your wonderful topper.

It's a brick, really hard and not comfortable at all. Some people love this conforming material, I do not. The company was easy to work with, shipped it out fast, no complaints there. I didn't want to waste the time and energy boxing it up for a return so I just threw it out. Now I know.

I just received this topper. Arrived fine, I unpacked it and it took quite a while to unfurl (seeing that it was vacuum packed, I expected that). Then I put it on, only to find that it should have been a twin-long, rather than a twin. Now I cannot return it (which I think is ridiculous). So, I slept on it and it was great. Even though it says it's the "cooling" type I have not experienced this. I live in Florida and the nights are pretty hot so I wanted something cooling. Having said all that, the topper itself is very soft and great to lay on. It does not have a very bouncy effect because it forms to your body and then when you get off, it goes back to it's original position. I like that about this topper.

I wasn't impressed with this topper, for a couple weeks it was ok, I thought would firm but is very soft now. I had to put in my guest room because it was giving me back pain! I would not recommend.
