Our premium box mattress had seen better days after 9 years. I shopped similar replacements and was looking at $4K. This was a shot in the dark but it's paid off. It's not as firm as I would like but I guess the depth limits that aspect. I think it will extend our mattress life a few more years. Would suggest they add instructions. And helpful tips like place it in the protector BEFORE it fully expands

We unzipped the cover to inspect the topper and found tears in the foam and a couple of large spots where the top layer was ripped off. We have travel plans and decided to make do with it. The cover is good.

my wife I have been married 56 years. Our purchase was the first king size we have owned. We bought a firm mattress. We probably kept it because one of the Customer service reps suggested we buy the Topper. with us everything is positive. we are glad we bought all of the products.

Topper added more thickness but did not solve raised ribs running across top to bottom of mattress. Added topper thickness made it more difficult to get in mattress. Great disappointment trying solve problems with defective base mattress. Strongly customer should not listen to recommendation of your Customer Service
