The support is inconsistent from the sides compared to the middle. I called after two weeks of using it and the rep told me that's just the way the product is and there is no moneyback guarantee because it's not a mattress. I explained that I explained I am a one person sleeper and the only comfort I get in sleeping on this topper is on the very edge of either the left or the right side. If I sleep in the middle it has no support. I thought it would balance out with time but it hasn't. Very disappointed. For price I paid it is not worth it.

Bothersome Odor, Smells Bad

If you are sensitive to smells at all, I would not recommend this topper. I aired it out on the balcony for 6 days and the smell is still bothersome. I am very disappointed that Tempur-pedic does not stand behind their products and has no satisfaction guarantee.

We bought a brand new travel trailer and the mattress from a top manufacturer was like granite, a good base for our new topper, haven't actually slept in it but did lay on it for some time and feels like our Tempurpedic at home FABULOUS
