Spent good money on another brands adjustable bed and foam mattress system. Was fine for first few months but the mattress began to break down. Purchased a tempurpedic topper and saved the day. My next purchase will be a tempurpedic mattress. This was a good reminder you get what you pay for.

For about 6 months we slept on a new a mattress topper that was too squishy. It was soft but too soft. Decided to pay the big bucks and try the termperpedic. What a difference. Just what we were looking for: soft but also supportive. Well worth the money.

I purchased this mattress topper for additional firm support as I have chronic low back pain. Out of the box this was a very nice mattress topper. It expanded to just the 3" as advertised and felt firm, dense and supportive when first laying on it. My mattress topper had one small 3x4" area that was noticeably dented in / softer than the rest of the topper but since this was closer to the edge of the topper and a small area overall I didn't think it was a big deal. I have been sleeping on this mattress topper for 1 month and I can say that after one month of regular use, the topper no longer feels as firm/dense/supportive as it initially did. When you press down anywhere on the topper you can immediately / easily compress the topper. Considering you are paying a higher premium compared to other mattress toppers and getting the tempur pedic brand, I did expect a higher longer lasting quality product. The product has softened up to the point where you can easily pinch the topper between your thumb and index finger to completely flatten it. Considering that I've only had this for a little over a month makes it a disappointing buy overall. I rate it 2.5 stars. I plan on reaching out to customer support to see if they have any suggestions to rectify this as there is a 10 yr limited warranty on the product. I will update this review to reflect what comes of it !

I found the mattress topper to be too soft...I didn't even make it through the first night...got out of bed after 1/2 hour and removed it...then was able to get comfortable
