Too expensive

I am not sure how this topper received such high reviews. I found many things that were inconsistent with the reviews. I purchased a King Tempur Topper my first experience wasn't good the topper had a permanent dent and it had to be replaced. I found that this topper is too firm for me at least and there's nothing special about it. It doesn't come with a topper cover to help the topper stay on the mattress without slipping for the price. I had to purchase a topper cover separately. This was a mistake and now I have to figure out what to do with the damaged topper and it's replacement. What a waste of funds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is such a comfortable topper. I wish I would have bought it sooner. It's firm, yet comfortable. The pillow is amazing. I just ordered two more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great service, shipping, packaging but the topper is no way as firm as a regular tempurpedic mattress. Not for me and can't return. Slept on it 1 night. Other brands have a guarantee.

My daughters have all taken Tempur-pedic toppers to college. Even their dorm room guests and roommates talk about how much more comfortable Tempur-pedic toppers are! We just received my youngest daughter's today. Great shipping time (only THREE days) and excellent quality.

Really happy with this topper. It had NO smell and puffed out quickly. Very comfortable to sleep on. It is on the firm side and you dont sink into it.

Bought this topper due to having hip pain. It has helped a bit. I wish I had purchased the cooling version because it definitely heats up. I have had this for less than a year and when I went to wash the cover recently I noticed the foam is already cracked. For the price it should last longer. I also wish the cover was easier to take off and on because of the weight of the foam.
