[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having some extreme hip pain whenever I tried to sleep. I remembered that years back we had a tempur-pedic topper in our travel trailer, and that I thought then it was the best bed we had. We were younger then, and not worrying about aches and pains, but as we approached the twilight of our youth, a good nights sleep became more and more important. We bought another Tempur Topper, and are so glad that we did. I still have some hip pain during some of the days activities, but when I go to bed, I can sleep, even if I'm laying on that hip. The topper made all the difference. Important too is the way it doesn't change with use. We are thinking of another travel trailer, and if we do get one, the first thing we'll buy for it is a Tempur-Pedic topper.

From the first night I slept better. I needed a new fitted sheet because it's so thick but they are inexpensive and it's totally worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Beyond expectations

I am in my 80s with severe arthritis and mobility issues. My regular mattress was in good condition and extra firm. My back and legs ached at night and it was hard to get comfortable. I decided to try the mattress topper before I bought a new mattress. The first night I realized I was not having discomfort and I slept well. I am STILL old with stiff joints but they don't ache from trying to get comfortable on a hard bed. Using the topper eliminates the need to purchase a new mattress. The only downside is the topper makes my bed higher, a challenge to get on. I'm recovering from knee replacement and doing a lot of physical therapy which gives needed flexibility to lift my legs up. This topper has solved a lot of problems for me.

I'm sleeping better than I've slept in years. Makes my bed so comfortable and inviting. I have a Tempurpedic mattress that's about 15 years old and it dips a bit where I sleep. The topper didn't totally correct the problem (I can still feel the dip a bit) but it helped alleviate the problem. I actually look forward to getting into bed. I would have given it 5 stars, but I expected it to be firmer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the comfort of the mattress topper. I am sleeping more comfortably because of it. I have some arthritis in my hips and have only been able to sleep on my back because of pain in my hips that would wake me up at night. Now, with the Temporpedic topper, I can happily sleep on my sides again. My only complaint is that the topper does not stay in place. It shifts to the side of the bed where I get out of bed. I have to try to shove it back in place several times a week.
