The firmness did not work for me.

I purchased this topper hoping it would help my achey hip. The first night I tossed and turned all night. Everything ached. As I would try to roll over, it practically took every muscle in my body to lift myself up to move. I took the topper off my bed the next morning. After two nights I tried it again. It did get easier to sleep on but it was just too firm and caused me to ache. I had to take it back off my bed. I'm a rather healthy and strong person but this topper was not for me. It it a very nice topper and believe it is for some but not all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only thing I don't like is the lack of diagonal straps at each corner of the bed. The mattress topper loses its place and creates a small crevice between it and the mattress.

I did all the PT for a year and got a lot stronger but the pain never really went away. My therapist kept suggesting it might be the bed. I finally got this topper and immediately had to admit it was the bed all along. It is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on and I should have bought it a year ago.

I love how you sink into it but can roll over like you are not climbing out of a hole. My only problem with it is does get warm, but cools down quick. Not a good pick for menopausal women. I just love it!!!

From the first night I slept better. I needed a new fitted sheet because it's so thick but they are inexpensive and it's totally worth it. Would definitely recommend!

I'm sleeping better than I've slept in years. Makes my bed so comfortable and inviting. I have a Tempurpedic mattress that's about 15 years old and it dips a bit where I sleep. The topper didn't totally correct the problem (I can still feel the dip a bit) but it helped alleviate the problem. I actually look forward to getting into bed. I would have given it 5 stars, but I expected it to be firmer.
