[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What arrives is a box that looks like it has a sleeping bag in it...not a King Sized mattress topper. You take it out of the box and put the "blob" on top of your bed and unwrap maybe 8 layers of shrink wrap and out pops this thin, hard, alien looking foam that slowly starts to grow. Over the course of maybe 4 hours, there sits the softest most comfortable mattress topper you can imagine. When you first go to bed, you have to wait for a couple of minutes while you settle into your own comfort impression, and then the next thing you know, it's daylight and time to get up. Amazing. My wife and I both love it. Just like the old cereal commercial said "Try it, you'll like it"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the 3" topper. It was marked as 'medium' in firmness and I don't recall an option to select this. It does cause a bit more warmth while sleeping so be aware of that. To accommodate the lack of corner connecters I added a tight fitted sheet to secure it a bit more to the mattress. We then topped the whole top mattress with a mattress pad. The bed is high but much more comfortable. I'm satisfied with the purchase given the cost incurred. PS - Delivery was very quick!

This product was really really soft and provided no support. When I went to return it, they would not offer me any refund or option to return or exchange. No even store credit. Amazing.
