I need a not so easy combo of support (which I get with my mattress) and cradling softness. I finally have both now and what a difference! Doesn't sleep hot (and I am always hot) and I wake up with almost ZERO pain - that hasn't happened in years! Definitely highly recommend!

For the cost, this mattress topper should not sleep so hot. My wife and I have never had issues with being hot at night until this mattress pad. It does relieve pressure points in the shoulders and hips but just too hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
