Unfortunately, this medium firm topper doesn't conform and is way too firm for me, so my back complains. I can sleep comfortably, but I wake up with a sore back. If you like a firm mattress, this could be good for you. But I'll need to replace it with a plusher, more conforming topper.

I'm a side sleeper. My shoulder and hip had started bothering me so I decided to give this a try before considering purchasing a new mattress. Most nights it helps but not always.
