Absolutely Awful

I don't know if I got a defective item, or if this is just an overhyped product, but I have had gotten very poor sleep since I bought this topper. It didn't make the mattress more comfortable, and it is really not worth the spend. Moreover, there is no customer support from the company, they didn't even entertain the notion that it could be defective, because I would have been willing to accept an exchange of this same item. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the Adapt Topper enhanced my sleeping experience but didn't quite meet my expectations based on the reputation of the brand. Perhaps 4" would have served me better. The AT from Tempur did out perform the topper from Nectar. I'm 5'8" and 147lbs. I purchased the AT directly during a 40% sale. Shipping was responsive. Honestly, it's worth the purchase at the sale price but IMO, not at the retail price.
