Thought it would feel similar like a Tempur bed

Purchased this to go over a firm mattress. I previously used a thick foam mattress over the firm mattress. After 12 years the old foam mattress lost it's support. I weigh 190, my girlfriend weighs 145. Using this topper, we both felt like our butts were laying on concrete. It did support our heads, shoulders and feet well but the heavy parts of our bodies bottomed out in this foam very easily. Only purchased because of the name brand and thought it would offer contouring comfort and support. It is very contouring and It was also very hot to sleep on. I think it's just way too soft and doesnt support the heavy parts of the body very well. Also, I believe there is a No return policy. Wish it were firmer and they also offered a return policy. I have no use for this product now
