It was exactly what I was expecting. It is a great combination of softness and hardness, If you like to sleep on your back or side this will suit you needs. Moreover, the customer service is excellent and very helpful.

Nice topper.Better than other competitors I've tried. I have a very bad back. This topper is firm enough for back problems but softer on pressure points if your a side sleeper. The only reason it didn't get 5 Stars from me is I found it a little smaller in height and length than advertised. 1/2 inch in height and 1 1/2 inches in length. I like it . And just bought one of there pillows.

On the negative side it sleeps very warm and causes me to wake up sweaty most of the time. I also wish it had built on straps to attach to the mattress so it doesn't move all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress topper is very comfortable but after a couple of months I would have thought the smell would be gone. This is on a bed that has no bedding on it only a mattress cover and most days has the window open to air out the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first bought this product I was a little bit skeptical about it. The reason why I was a little bit skeptical is because I am a big guy and I didn't know if he could handle and I don't know if I would be comfortable sleeping on the topping. This product has changed me tremendously in my sleeping habits. I wake up refreshed and ready to start the day. My back does not hurt and it keeps me level. My wife loves it and I like the fact that it is firm for me and also a little bit plush as well. If I had to change anything about this product I wish it was a little bit thicker. But I am really looking at buying a whole Tempur-pedic mattress, just because of this product. I am going to also try and buy the toppings for my sons as well so they can feel what I have been feeling.

Great for relief of hip pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in hopes it would relieve back pain for myself & my husband. I have severe sciatic pain that made it impossible to even lay on my right side. I could never get a decent night's sleep. After receiving this topper I was comfortable enough to lay on my side & sleep better. I wake up with virtually no pain. I think its very comfortable. My husband still wakes up with lower back pain and he says it's too soft for him. So although it was great for me, it wasn't so much for my husband. I would recommend but I think being a couple you have to consider your partners needs may not be the same as yours. Maybe someday they'll make a topper with dual sides.
