Not worth the investment

I sit here writing this at 4:30am. Why? Because this topper feels like a furnace. It did not help soften up the feel of my medium tempurpedic mattress, nor does it cool. I honestly thought tempurpedic was supposed to be the best of the best. Sadly, I am unimpressed. Buyer beware, as this product is non-refundable.

I HAVE A TEMPURPEDIC MATTRESS BUT WAS STILL TOO HARD SO WE DECIDED TO GET A TOPPER BY TEMPURPEDIC. THE TOPPER IS JUST OK, WE STILL GET SOAR - NOT QUITE ENOUGH CUSHION TO IT, PLUS AFTER A WHILE IT GETS HOT. THE WORST PART IS THEY PUT STRAPS ON THE TOPPER TO GO UNDERNEATH THE MATTRESS, BUT THEY MISSED THE MARK ON PUTTING ON STRAPS THAT AREN'T SO STRETCHY AND THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT THE STRAPS FURTHER AWAY FROM THE CORNERS. THE TOPPER SHIFTS QUITE A BIT. I EVEN TRIED PUTTING A CARPET LINER TO HOLD THE TOPPER - DOES NOT WORK. FOR THE PRICE I WOULD GIVE A TOTAL 0 FOR THE TOPPER. NOT HAPPY :-(

Horrible

This mattress topper is worse than our original mattress. It is so soft that it is difficult to shift positions once you lay on it Absolutely no support. I am now stuck with this horrible mattress topper as when I called customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do as they are non-refundable. I wouldnot recommend to anyone.

Slips

I love the softness; but, the topper slips from side to side or slides down from the top which cause my pillows to fall down between the headboard & mattress. I have back trouble & it's hard to constantly be trying to adjust the topper to line up with my kingsized Tempur-Pedic mattress. My sheets fit perfectly so this is not the problem. Do you have any suggestions to fix this problem? I even put a rug gripper between the mattress & topper - still doesn't help.

Way too soft and can't return

I ordered this topper thinking it would help firm up the bed a little. It did the opposite. You sink all the way down and it's so uncomfortable. I thought there was a trail period but apparently they don't take returns. Order at your own risk!
