It did not give us the support we were looking for. We are no longer using it. It caused more back issues.

Not as thick as I expected

We are Tempur-holic family. We have 5 Tempur pillows and two Tempur Toppers. I have a great memory of Tempur Toppers. They were as good as other brand's mattress, so I confidently purchased this product without thinking. I didn't remember they were Cloud or Adapt, but Adapt is thicker one, so I chose Adapt. However, this was not as firm or heavy as others I purchased before. It is still fine, but not like "WOW" feeling. I compared this one with my old ones, but the old ones are definately better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like sleeping on a marshmallow (in a good way)

We have a fine mattress. I would wake up sore every morning, though. Then I slept on a memory foam mattress at a rental and realized what I'd been missing! I didn't want to order a whole new mattress, as we have a queen and I'd ideally like a king at some point, so I compromised and bought the topper. And WOW! It is so so comfortable. My husband who doesn't care about stuff like comfort is also in love with it. Highly recommend.

Too soft

I have a friend who has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. I expected the 3-inch topper to have similar support but it does not. It is way too soft. I have only slept on it for two night but have woke both mornings with bilateral hip pain and lower back pain. I swapped out a regular egg crate mattress topper and wasn't having any problems - I was just wanting an upgrade. Because there is a no return policy this was a super costly mistake.

So comfy

We bought the Apapt Topper to extend the life of our 6 year old mattress and we're very happy we did. You kind of melt into it, but it's supportive at the same time. If you sleep hot, I would recommend the cooling feature, that is my husband's only complaint.
